We understand that plans can change. However, to cover the costs incurred in planning and arranging your trip, the following cancellation and rescheduling policies shall apply:
Booking Amount
The initial booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it is used to secure arrangements with hotels, transport, and other partners.
Cancellation Charges
30 days or more prior to the trip start date: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged.
15 to 29 days prior to the trip start date: 75% of the total trip cost will be charged.
0 to 14 days prior to the trip start date: 100% of the trip cost will be charged (no refund).
No Show or Early Departure
No refund will be provided for any unused services or activities due to no-show, early departure, or late arrival during the trip.
Force Majeure & Activity Cancellation
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, weather disruptions, political unrest, pandemic-related restrictions, or government regulations, certain inclusions or activities may be curtailed or canceled.
In such events, the operator will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative activity or itinerary.
No refund will be applicable for any canceled service or activity beyond the control of the operator.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests made 30 days or more before the trip date will be entertained without any extra charges for domestic trips (subject to availability).
Requests made within 30 days of the trip date will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Only one rescheduling request is permitted per booking. Further changes will be treated as cancellations.
Refund Process
All eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of cancellation, via the original payment method.
Transaction and convenience fees charged by payment gateways or third-party vendors are non-refundable.
Important Notes
In case of group bookings, the cancellation policy applies individually to each traveler.
Customized or special itineraries may have a separate cancellation policy, which will be shared at the time of booking.
